We are currently looking for a PROJECT MANAGER to join a project with a world-leading company in chemical products.

• Perform global monitoring of assigned projects and actions.
• Coordinate the execution of works with contractors, subcontractors, Project Management (PM), and other involved parties.
• Act as the monitoring liaison between ownership, support to the PM, and the various project participants.
• Coordinate the necessary actions to correct deviations and ensure the progress of the works.
• Maintain a global vision of the project status and convey to ownership those issues that require decision, prioritization, or escalation.
• Provide support to ownership and the PM in the daily management of the project and in those technical and monitoring tasks related to its execution.
• Prepare and coordinate periodic monitoring meetings.
• Identify technical, operational, organizational, and execution risks.
• Project document management.
• Review and monitor execution schedules.
• Identify delays, interferences, and critical activities.
• Support the rescheduling of activities when necessary.
• Supervise compliance with commitments related to execution.
• Coordinate interferences between different disciplines and companies.
• Drive the resolution of technical and organizational incidents.
• Participate in the monitoring of contractors' technical documentation.

QHSE functions integrated into project management

• Monitoring of Health, Safety, and Environmental conditions.
• Verification of compliance with HSE procedures and requirements.
• Carrying out and monitoring of site inspections.
• Monitoring corrective and preventive actions.
• Control of contractors' HSE documentation.
• Monitoring of HSE indicators.
• Monitoring of Quality plans and procedures.
• Control of certificates, records, and documentary traceability.
• Monitoring of non-conformities and corrective actions.
• Support for the documentary closure of executed works.
