Minimum requirements:
- Previous experience in phone calls and/or telemarketing will be considered a plus.
- Previous experience in sales and/or prospecting will be considered a plus.
- Native or bilingual level in French.
- Good level of Spanish, Italian, and/or Portuguese.

The role

Main duties:
- Making and receiving calls as part of customer service.
- Managing individual and corporate clients.
- Technical support at user level for the French market.
