What will your day-to-day look like?
The position focuses on the coordination of the social area in the Catalonia region (plants in Sant Boi, Tortosa, Reus, Girona, Sabadell, Cerdanyola) and the monitoring of objectives defined by the Head of the Social Area. Among your responsibilities are:
Taking part in the selection and integration of new technicians
Acting as a link between head office and the workplaces in matters concerning the Social Area.
Ensuring company procedures are complied with.
Supervising the leisure activities proposed by the workplaces.
Proposing projects, improvements and collaborations in the social area.
Helping resolve conflicts
Preparing and overseeing work plans and subsidies
Resolving any incidents that arise in the social area at the workplaces
