Management Control Director

Lead the strategy for control, monitoring, and business optimization, guaranteeing the economic and operational efficiency of the organization. You will be responsible for providing key information for decision-making, driving continuous process improvement, and ensuring the profitability and sustainability of current and future business lines, while also assuming the management of the Shared Services Center.

• Define and implement the corporate management control model.
• Supervise planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Analyze economic, financial, and operational results, identifying deviations, risks, and opportunities.
• Design and monitor dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) for management.
• Prepare executive reports that facilitate strategic decision-making.

• Identify improvement opportunities in processes and operating models to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Lead organizational transformation and cost optimization projects.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement based on data and results.
• Evaluate the profitability and viability of initiatives, projects, and investments.
• Drive process standardization and the implementation of best practices.

• Direct and develop multidisciplinary control, analysis, and optimization teams.
• Act as a strategic partner to the General Management and the Steering Committee.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration between the different areas of the organization.
• Drive the adoption of analytical tools and technological solutions that improve management and decision-making.

The Management Control Department plays a strategic role, acting as a link between business vision and operational execution. Its responsibility is to ensure that the organization has the necessary mechanisms, indicators, and capabilities to maximize efficiency, anticipate risks, generate sustainable value, and ensure the future growth of the businesses.
