• Planning, execution, and monitoring of inventory results.
• Determination of purchases, with the support of the textile manager and the validation of the plant manager.
• Monitoring compliance with Ilunion's internal procedures.
• Participation in the organization prior to a client's arrival.
• Planning of new implementations.
• User sizing.
• Definition of wardrobes and lockers.
• Service implementation (support in garment labeling and locker installation)
• Identifying sales opportunities with our current clients and referring them to the sales team.
• Liaison between the client and the Plant across all relationship variables (subcontracting, on-site staff, document management, etc.).
• Management of the client relationship through the client portal (monitoring and resolution of incidents, inquiries, reports and their sending to clients, etc.), as well as telephone attention and in-person visits.
