Budget monitoring:

- Preparation of the annual clothing purchase budget.

- Annual budget monitoring with emphasis on RN.

Inventory data analysis:

- Inventory planning together with the client manager.

- Support to the client manager in carrying out inventory, if necessary.

- Analyze inventory differences in ZANALISIS_RESOURCES.

Management of rejects and losses:

- Differentiation of losses (tears/stains/wear) and rejects.

- Recording losses in CE (Dispatch Control).

- Analysis and resolution of recurring losses.

- Preparation of shipments to the textile waste manager, dry and unmixed clothing.

Processing of orders:

- Perform analysis (material and client) with CLIENT MANAGER after inventory.

- Monitoring of order approval.

- Order delivery date tracking.
- Receiving and processing incoming goods.

Detection and tracking of incidents:
- Communication to the textile department of incidents arising from the receipt of orders/incorrect items.
- Detection of possible incidents at the plant or at the customer's site and their follow-up until resolution.
- Shipping of samples requested by customers.

Warehouse:
- Organization of clothing at the plant by customer and material.
- Design, implementation and control of warehouse entry and exit procedures.
- Ensuring a safe location for clothing in areas where it cannot deteriorate.
- Digitalization
- Permanent control and recording of stock at the plant.

Tools:
Use of the following computer tools:
- SAP
- CE (shipping control)
- ABS
- POWER BI
- EXCEL
- OUTLOOK

You will do very well in this position if you have:
Willingness to learn and grow within the sector.
Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork.
Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
Ability to lift weight.

Classification: Internal. Valid driver's license B and own vehicle.
Disability certificate equal to or greater than 33% or Permanent Disability.
Knowledge and use of office automation tools.
