Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Permanent seasonal contract until 31/03/2027 (approx.). Probation period 1 month.
Working day: 39 hours with irregular hours
Shift: Split shift within the 09:00 to 20:00 window, with 2 hours for lunch
Working days from Monday to Friday and rotating weekends (minimum 2 full weekends off/month) (worked weekends are compensated with days off during the week + salary premium on Sundays)
Salary:
39 h: €1,428.30 gross/month (12 payments)

Selective in-person training for 12 days: from Thursday 12/11/2026 to Friday 27/11/2026 (non-teaching weekend), from 09:00 to 15:00.

Contract start: 30/11/2026.

The role

In our patient care team at a renowned health insurer, we are looking for customer service agents with Catalan and a service-oriented attitude.

What you'll do

Handling calls in customer service for an important Health Insurance company.
Information regarding medical networks and management of authorizations for diagnostic tests: X-rays, ultrasounds, mammographies, MRIs, CT scans, etc.
Management of other healthcare services related to the company's benefits: Rehabilitation, physiotherapy, and speech therapy...
Management of appointments for medical specialists and medical tests.
