In the course of this growth, we want you to join us as a Customer Manager at the workplace located in the Gümar industrial estate (Tenerife).

What you'll do

You will make a difference:

We are looking for a committed and proactive person. Vocational training or equivalent in commercial management and marketing is required; experience in managing customers, and advanced knowledge of office automation, mainly Excel and Outlook, in addition to holding a disability certificate equal to or greater than 33% and/or work incapacity.

What will make you succeed in this position?

As a customer manager, you will be responsible for achieving the balance between excellent customer management and the budgetary fulfillment of textile purchases.

More specifically, your challenges will be:

- Customer service and incident management.
- Clothing inventories: Plan, perform, and follow up on inventory results; determination of purchases with the support of the textile manager and the validation of the plant manager.
- Implementations and customer follow-up.
- Administrative management: Maintenance and follow-up of existing customer files; performing the necessary procedures to register items in SAP, as well as preparing the refinement of the offer, and having permanent contact with the purchasing and financial departments.
- Control of the main computer applications applied to your position: SAP, SALES FORCE, EXPEDITION CONTROL, POWER BI.
