The role

At ILUNION Accesibilidad, we don't just create consulting solutions; we generate positive change in society. We are looking for someone eager to learn to join our Business Development team.

Your mission will be to help us design, launch, and improve the consulting services we offer our clients. You will work at the heart of the strategy, collaborating with multiple teams to turn concepts into tangible, scalable, and successful innovative solutions.

What you'll do

You will define the strategy and roadmap for accessibility and urban mobility products.
You will identify market opportunities, innovation, and new technological solutions.
You will manage the complete product lifecycle, from design to commercialization.
You will gather client and user needs and convert them into technical requirements.
You will coordinate the development of hardware, firmware, software, and systems integration.
You will supervise prototypes, testing, quality, industrialization, and regulatory compliance (CE marking).
You will manage suppliers, manufacturers, and technological partners.
You will drive innovation projects and proofs of concept in accessibility and smart mobility.

How you'll work

Location: Barcelona.
Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday.
Intensive working day on Fridays and during certain periods of the year.
Hybrid model with 2 days of remote work after the training period.
