Requirements

What we're looking for

Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Social Education, Pedagogy or related fields.
Experience in disability and/or Special Employment Centers.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Stable contract
Remote work 1 or 2 days a week.
Full-time position with a flexible start and end time from Monday to Thursday. And on Fridays? You will also have flexible hours, but with a continuous working day.
Continuous working day during the months of July, August, and the Christmas week.

The role

From ILUNION FACILITY SERVICES we are looking for a person to join as a Support Unit Technician in the People Department

What you'll do

Carry out individualized follow-up of workers with disabilities.
Design and implement individualized support plans.
Coordinate actions with operational managers and HR.
Prepare reports and follow-up documentation.
Promote training actions and professional development.
Detect social, employment and job adaptation needs.
