Comprehensive management of subsidy and public aid files of various kinds, ensuring compliance with obligations, deadlines, and requirements, and carrying out administrative follow-up of fundable projects through to closure (award, justification, and collection).
Duties:
1) Identification, analysis, and monitoring of public funding opportunities applicable to company projects/actions.
2) Preparation, processing, and timely submission of applications and/or aid justifications; as well as responding to and addressing communications from managing bodies, ensuring responses are provided in due form.
4) Review of grant/denial resolutions, assessing the appropriateness of filing appeals and/or administrative claims.
5) Liaising with Public Administrations and internal teams (business units/centers/corporate areas).
6) Monitoring the execution status and traceability of files, including controlling supporting documentation and project evidence.
7) Recording and updating file information in corporate tools (SAP or others).
8) Reporting and preparing monitoring reports.
Training and Experience:
• University degree: Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration and Management, Labour Relations, Public Administration and Management, Economics, or similar qualifications.
• A postgraduate degree in public financing/project management/compliance will be valued.
• Experience, preferably in the management of grants and projects co-financed by European funds (Next Generation EU, ESF+, ERDF, or other programmes).
• Office automation tools (advanced Excel will be valued).
• Knowledge/use of management tools (SAP, CRM, Power BI will be valued).
• Knowledge of administrative procedures with public administrations and regulations applicable to grants. Knowledge of the cooperative ecosystem: special features, benefits/aids, and qualifications will be valued.
