What you'll do

Responsibilities: 

Management of complete files for grants and various public aid, ensuring compliance with obligations, deadlines, and requirements, and carrying out administrative follow-up of fundable projects until their closure (award, justification, and collection).


Functions:
1) Identification, analysis, and monitoring of public funding opportunities applicable to company projects/actions.
2) Preparation, processing, and submission of applications and/or justifications for aid within deadlines; as well as handling and responding to requests and communications from managing bodies, ensuring responses are provided in a timely and proper manner.
4) Verification and analysis of award/denial resolutions, assessing the validity of appeals and/or administrative claims.
5) Liaising with Public Administrations and internal teams (business units/corporate areas).
6) Monitoring the execution status and traceability of files, including control of supporting documentation and project evidence.
7) Recording and updating file information in corporate tools (SAP or others).
8) Reporting and preparing follow-up reports.

What we're looking for

DESCRIPTION OF THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Education and Experience:
•    University degree: Bachelor's or Master's in Law, Business Administration (ADE), Labour Relations, Public Management and Administration, Economics, or similar qualifications.
•    Postgraduate studies in public funding/project management/compliance are valued.
•    Experience, preferably in managing grants and projects co-financed by European funds (Next Generation EU, ESF+, ERDF, or other programs).
•    Office tools (advanced Excel is valued).
•    Knowledge/use of management tools (SAP, CRM, Power BI are valued).
•    Knowledge of administrative procedures with Public Administrations and regulations applicable to grants. Knowledge of the CEE ecosystem: its particularities, bonuses/aid, and qualification will be valued.
