About the role

We are currently looking to bring on board an HR Administration Assistant to provide administrative support to the HR area at our Madrid office.

What you'll do

The selected candidate will collaborate on the administrative and support tasks of the department, following internal procedures and established guidelines.

The main responsibilities include:

Requesting, reviewing, classifying, and filing documentation related to the Human Resources area.

Providing administrative support in the accounting management of labor costs.

Collaborating in the monitoring and control of staff medical check-ups.

Supporting the management and data entry of staff travel and transfers.

Carrying out other administrative support tasks that may be required within the area.

Requirements

Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training in Administration, Administrative Management, or related fields.

Previous experience in administrative positions will be valued, preferably in Human Resources or Personnel Administration departments.

Regular use of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).

Knowledge of administrative and accounting management tools.

Organizational skills, attention to detail, and document management.
