What you'll get

3-month temporary contract with the possibility of continuity and becoming part of the permanent staff (100% real).

What you'll do

What will your duties be?

Weighing and measuring ingredients: correctly verify and measure ingredients (flour, water, salt, yeast, etc.) according to the established formula.
Kneading the dough: perform the mixing of ingredients until a homogeneous dough with the appropriate texture is obtained.
Control kneading times and speeds, as well as temperature and humidity.
Verification of dough consistency: evaluate if the dough has reached the optimal point of elasticity and cohesion.
Resting and initial fermentation.
Cleaning and maintenance of equipment
Coordination with other stages of the process: work together with rounders, shapers, and bakers, ensuring that the dough is ready in time and form for the following stages.
