Treasury Analyst

Requirements:

- Degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, related Higher Vocational Training (CFGS), or equivalent training.

- Approximately 1 to 3 years of experience in Treasury, Accounting, Finance, or a financial administrative area (multinational companies or those with multiple entities).

- Practical experience in reconciliations, control of collections and payments, forecasting, or financial reporting.

Technical knowledge

- Familiarity with ERP or Treasury applications, such as Sage XRT, Kyriba, GTreasury, or equivalent tools.

- General knowledge of banking operations and cash management.

- Accounting knowledge and user-level proficiency in SAP FI.

- Good level of Excel.

- Knowledge of Power BI to consult, update, or prepare reports.

- Intermediate English level, valued in an international environment.

- Versatile profile, with a willingness to combine operational, administrative, and analytical tasks, organizational capacity, attention to detail, and task follow-up.

- Ability to work in a team and relate to different stakeholders, rigor in handling financial information, and meeting deadlines.

At IMAN Global Consulting, our specialized recruitment division, we are looking for a Treasury Analyst for an important company in the recreational sector located in Terrassa.

Your duties will be the following:

- Support the daily monitoring of balances, treasury position, and collection and payment forecasts.

- Prepare and update cash flow forecasts, identifying differences and requesting the necessary information from the various companies.

- Collaborate in the management and control of national and international payments, collections, and transfers.

- Perform bank and accounting reconciliations, investigate pending items, and follow up on incidents.

- Update information in SAP FI and in Treasury ERPs or proprietary applications.

- Produce periodic and analytical reports specific to the area.

- Prepare and maintain working files in Excel and collaborate in the updating of reports and dashboards in Power BI.

- Provide basic functional support to users of Treasury tools and channel incidents when necessary.

- Collaborate with Accounting, Systems, financial entities, and local teams on operational tasks and departmental projects.

- Participate in process improvements, automations, and controls, under the coordination of the area managers.

- Support monthly closings, audits, and the preparation of financial documentation. Prepare and update cash flow forecasts, identifying differences and requesting the necessary information from the various companies.
