Are you passionate about the HR sector? We are looking for you!

We want to permanently incorporate an HR Consultant into our team at the Gijón office. You will work directly with the Office Director and in collaboration with your colleagues, managing different selection processes, communicating with clients, attending to the needs of workers, and performing the administrative management of hired personnel. All this, offering a service that is always people-oriented.

What you'll do

What functions will you develop?

Comprehensive management of personnel selection processes.
Support and attention to employees throughout their employment lifecycle.
Liaising with different departments to detect and respond to HR needs.
Management of employment contracts, extensions, modifications, and terminations.
Coordination and preparation of the payroll process, as well as resolution of labor incidents.
Processing and monitoring of registrations, cancellations, and variations in Social Security.
Support in the administrative and documentary management of the Human Resources area.
Participation in the improvement of processes and initiatives related to people management.
