We will especially value the ability to interpret drawings, prepare cutting jobs and perform quality controls on the manufactured parts.

Valuable experience in boilermaking and metal transformation companies.

The role

At IMAN Temporing, we are selecting a Laser Cutting Machine Operator to join a company specialized in the manufacture of metal components and industrial boilermaking work, located in Museros.

The selected person will be responsible for operating industrial fiber laser cutting machinery, performing metal sheet cutting operations and ensuring that the obtained parts comply with the dimensions, geometries and specifications indicated in the manufacturing drawings.

What you'll do

Handling and operation of industrial fiber laser cutting machines with numerical control (CNC).
Preparation and startup of the machine, checking that it is in proper condition to begin the production process.
Interpretation of technical drawings and manufacturing documentation to identify the geometries, dimensions, thicknesses and characteristics of the parts to be cut.
Selection and preparation of the material to be processed, mainly carbon steel sheet, stainless steel and aluminum.
Loading and positioning of metal sheets in the machine, using the available automatic feeding and loading systems.
Selection and execution of the cutting programs corresponding to each manufacturing order.
Adjustment and supervision of cutting parameters based on the material, thickness and characteristics of the job.
Supervision of the cutting process, verifying that it develops correctly and detecting possible deviations or incidents.
Unloading, extraction and handling of parts once the cutting process is finished.
Separation, identification and classification of the cut parts according to the manufacturing orders.
Verification of the dimensions and quality of the parts using measuring tools, checking that they comply with the technical specifications.
Detection of possible cutting defects, burrs or imperfections and communication of the corresponding incidents.
Cleaning and basic maintenance of the machine, as well as the workstation.
