The role

We are selecting an Administrative Assistant for an important consultancy specialized in the insurance mediation sector located in the center of Barcelona.

What you'll do

-Customer contact: Continuous review, verification, and updating of data in the company database.

-Document and contract management: Preparation, monitoring, and formal registration of contracts before different official bodies (state and regional).

-General administrative support: Detailed control of documentation and filing of records.

How you'll work

-Contract type: Temporary project contract (estimated duration of 2 to 3 months).

-Working day: Part-time, 25 hours per week in a continuous morning schedule (to choose between 8:00 to 13:00 h or 9:00 to 14:00 h), ideal for work-life balance.

-Excellent location: Offices located in the center of Barcelona, with very good public transport connections.

-Start date: Immediate.
