Requirements

What we're looking for

Vocational Training (Intermediate or Higher) in Electronics, IT or Networks.
Knowledge in SAP, systems maintenance, and incident management.
Intermediate level of English, sufficient to understand technical manuals and specialized documentation.
Experience in the installation and maintenance of network equipment and IT software remotely.
An autonomous person, with the capacity to work independently and with a focus on results.
Motivation for customer contact and service orientation.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 17:00h with a 30-minute break.
4-month contract via ETT
Salary €13.47 gross per hour

At this time, we need to hire an IT Technician in a remote modality to support our team.

What you'll do

Technical management and maintenance of equipment and networks.
Installation and configuration of routers, maintenance, and network troubleshooting.
Remote support through IT software, managing incidents and ensuring the correct functioning of systems.
Writing technical reports and closing interventions in SAP.
Customer service and support, with a great capacity for problem-solving.
Participation in administrative tasks related to the IT area.
