About the role

At Nortempo, we are looking to bring on board a Systems and IT Technician for a consolidated industrial company with international projection, actively participating in the maintenance of the technological infrastructure and in the company's digital transformation projects.

We are looking for someone with a passion for technology, a user-focused mindset, and the ability to handle both technical support and systems and network administration.

What you'll do

· Maintenance and management of computer networks (switches, routers, structured cabling, and connectivity)

· Support and maintenance of computer equipment (hardware and software)

· Administration of Windows and Windows Server systems

· Resolution of technical user incidents (first and second level support)

· Management and oversight of backups · Support in managing the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP

· Participation in the upcoming implementation of SAGE X3

· Support and administration of Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive)

· Collaboration on digitalization and technological improvement projects
