At Nortempo, we are looking to bring on board a Systems and IT Technician for a consolidated industrial company with international projection, actively participating in the maintenance of the technological infrastructure and in the company's digital transformation projects.
We are looking for someone with a passion for technology, a user-focused mindset, and the ability to handle both technical support and systems and network administration.
· Maintenance and management of computer networks (switches, routers, structured cabling, and connectivity)
· Support and maintenance of computer equipment (hardware and software)
· Administration of Windows and Windows Server systems
· Resolution of technical user incidents (first and second level support)
· Management and oversight of backups · Support in managing the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP
· Participation in the upcoming implementation of SAGE X3
· Support and administration of Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive)
· Collaboration on digitalization and technological improvement projects
🕒 Schedule: Full time
· Flexible start time between 8:00 and 8:30 a.m.
· 30-minute to 1-hour lunch break
· End time between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m., depending on start time and lunch break
Advanced vocational training in network systems administration (ASIR) or equivalent
Previous experience in technical support, systems, and networks
Solid knowledge of Windows and Windows Server
Experience with Active Directory and/or Azure AD
Knowledge of networks: TCP/IP, VLANs, switches, and structured cabling
Ability to resolve incidents and a user-focused approach
Availability to start immediately or within a reasonable timeframe
