Currently, we are looking for a Personnel Administration and HR Technician to join a company in the industrial sector. Does this suit you?
The selected candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
What you'll do
- Management of employment contracts
- Processing of registrations and cancellations with Social Security
- Preparation of payroll
- Management of social insurance
- Support in tax filings
- Invoicing and basic accounting tasks
- Management of labor and administrative documentation.
- Support to the Human Resources department
Requirements
- Training related to Human Resources, Labor Relations, Administration, or similar
- Previous experience in personnel administration and/or HR positions
- Knowledge of employment contracting, payroll, and Social Security
- Experience in accounting and tax management is valued
- Organizational capacity, attention to detail, and handling of confidential documentation
