The role

GRUPO IMAN, a company specializing in human resources management and the provision of comprehensive services to companies, is looking to hire a Recruitment Technician for its office located in Polinyà.

We work to offer solutions adapted to our clients' needs, betting on talent, specialization, and excellence in our services.

On this occasion, we are looking to add a recruitment professional to our team with experience in high-volume recruitment processes, organizational capacity, and a results orientation, who will contribute to ensuring the agile and efficient coverage of our clients' staffing needs.

What you'll do

- Comprehensive management of selection processes: Carrying out selection processes from start to finish, from profile definition to the onboarding of selected candidates.

- High-volume recruitment: Managing a high number of vacancies simultaneously, prioritizing needs according to urgency and guaranteeing coverage deadlines.

- Job posting: Drafting and publishing job offers on different portals and recruitment channels.

- CV screening and interviews: Performing application reviews, telephone and personal interviews, and assessing the suitability of candidates for the offered positions.

- Active candidate sourcing: Using different recruitment sources and tools to identify and attract talent.

- Coordination with the operations department: Maintaining fluid communication with operational managers to understand hiring needs, monitor vacancies, and ensure an agile response.

- Database management: Keeping candidate information and selection processes up to date, ensuring the correct management of documentation.

- Candidate follow-up: Informing candidates about the status of their processes and coordinating the different selection phases until their onboarding.

- Administrative recruitment management: Preparing, collecting, and reviewing the documentation necessary for candidate onboarding, as well as performing administrative tasks derived from selection processes.

How you'll work

Contract type: Permanent, with the possibility of professional development within the company.

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00.

Remuneration: Based on experience provided.

Location: Polinyà office.

Start date: Immediate; availability for short-term start will be valued.
