Requirements
What we're looking for
- Minimum education: Higher Level Training Cycle in Computer Science (ASIR).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support for users (Service Desk level 1/2).
- Proficiency with incident management and ticketing tools.
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
- Basic networking knowledge (switching and routing).
- Occasional availability to travel.
Nice to have
Desired requirements:
- Knowledge of cybersecurity.

The role
From our Vitoria delegation, we are looking for an IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN / CAU, for a metal sector company located in Vitoria and with availability to make occasional support trips to Italy (maximum once every 2 months).
What you'll do
Your main duties will be:
- Providing attention and technical support to users in person and remotely.
- Resolving and following up on computer incidents.
- Basic configuration and maintenance of equipment and systems.
- Running functional tests and supporting IT support tasks.
