Labor Relations HR Technician

LABOR RELATIONS HUMAN RESOURCES TECHNICIAN (M/H/X) - (INTERIM) - GRANOLLERS Leading industrial company in the sector of packaging and industrial cardboard packaging solutions, located in Canovelles, needs to incorporate a Labor Relations Human Resources Technician to cover a long-term leave. The company has a consolidated workforce and a productive environment with a high volume of activity. Functions Comprehensive labor management of a workforce of approximately 150-160 people. Preparation, review, and closing of payroll using A3Equipo. Management of payroll incidents: lateness, variables, supplements, hours worked, and other remunerative concepts. Control and monitoring of vacations, permits, absences, and medical leaves. Resolution of labor inquiries from workers. Documentary and administrative management of the labor area. Carrying out inductions and onboarding processes for new hires. Requirements Training in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Administration, or similar. Previous experience in labor management and personnel administration. Experience working with A3Equipo and payroll management is essential. Ability to work autonomously. Organized, methodical person accustomed to managing high workloads. Availability for immediate start. We offer An interim contract to cover medical leave. Urgent start due to the existing volume of work in the labor area. Flexible start time between 08:00h and 09:30h. 8-hour workday with 1 hour for lunch. Intensive schedule on Fridays. Salary according to experience and suitability for the position. On-site work in Canovelles. Autonomous management of the department with remote support from the organization. We are looking for a person especially oriented toward the labor area, with experience in high-volume payroll management and accustomed to working with autonomy. The main challenge of the position will be to assume the daily labor management of the workforce and to bring up to date processes related to payroll and personnel administration that currently have a backlog due to the absence of the person holding the position.
