✅ Education:
Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Aeronautics, or a related field.
✅ Minimum experience:
3-4 years of experience in software development and product management within technology environments (simulation, XR/VR, video games, or similar).
✅ Technical skills:
• Software development in simulation or video game environments.
• Graphics engines: Unity (essential) and Unreal Engine.
• Programming in C#, C++, or other languages.
• Agile methodologies (Scrum) and a DevOps approach.
• Backlog, requirements, and product lifecycle management.
• Testing strategy and systems validation.

The role
🎮 Join our Simulation and XR Experiences Team!
We are looking to bring on a Product Owner specialized in simulation and XR/VR environments, to work in León under a hybrid model, taking part in the development of advanced solutions based on graphics engines such as Unity and Unreal Engine.
What you'll do
• Lead the product end to end, from definition through to delivery to the client.
• Coordinate the development and production of audiovisual content and simulation using Unity and Unreal Engine.
• Serve as Product Owner, managing the backlog, priorities, and product evolution.
• Take part in software development within simulation, XR/VR, and serious games environments.
• Oversee proper product execution and ensure client commitments are met.
• Manage documentation throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• Collaborate on preparing commercial proposals and defining solutions.
• Provide product vision, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
