The role

Are you passionate about commercial development in technological and industrial environments? Are you looking for a challenge with international exposure in the water sector? At Ingeteam, a leader in advanced pumping and energy solutions, we offer you the opportunity to join our team as a Sales Area Manager in the Water division.

What you'll do

Execute the sales plan in accordance with the strategy defined by commercial management.
Drive international business development (B2B).
Expand and consolidate the client portfolio, building long-term relationships.
Prepare, manage, and follow up on bids and projects.
Represent Ingeteam at trade fairs, conferences, and industry events.
Use CRM tools for opportunity tracking and sales forecasting.
Travel to target markets (25-30% of annual time).

What we are looking for

Engineering degree.
If you have initiative, the ability to delve into technical aspects, a proactive attitude, customer focus, and a desire to grow, we want to meet you.
Advanced level of English.
Availability to travel.
