Digital Channels - PO/BA Communication Manager

As a Digital Channels - PO/BA Communication Manager, you will be the key piece to bring our software product vision to life and orchestrate the communication flow. Your main challenges will be:

• Own the Product Backlog: Create, refine, and prioritize user stories, ensuring they strictly meet the "Definition of Done" and "Definition of Ready" criteria.
  

• Lead Agile Execution: Translate the product line roadmap into actionable items (features and tasks) for the different squads, leading the sprint planning sessions.
  

• Be the Technical-Functional Bridge: Act as an expert analyst within the engineering team, actively resolving blockers and dependencies between user stories.
  

• Ensure Quality and Automation: Ensure the required degree of test automation and coordinate the tracking of release and product deployment plans.
  

• Implementation Support: Support the deployment and adoption of the product in different regions, contributing your specialized knowledge at each stage.
  

Essential (Mandatory Requirements):

• Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Analyst (BA) or Product Owner (PO) roles in the software sector.
  

• Communication Specialization: Solid experience as an analyst in mass communication delivery and notification systems (Push, SMS, Emails, etc.).
  

• Technical Knowledge: Advanced technical understanding of REST APIs, JSON formats, and mastery of tools such as Postman and log management.
  

• Agile Methodologies: Advanced experience in managing Roadmaps, Product Backlog, Sprint Planning, and SCRUM / AGILE methodologies.
  

• Delivery Management: Experience in managing releases (Release management).
  

• Languages: Advanced English level (C1) and full fluency in Spanish, given the multicultural and global environment of the project.

Como Digital Channels - PO/BA Communication Manager, serás la pieza clave para materializar la visión de nuestros productos de software y orquestar el flujo de comunicación. Tus principales desafíos serán:

• Adueñarte del Product Backlog: Crear, refinar y priorizar las user stories asegurando que cumplan estrictamente con los criterios de "Definition of Done" y "Definition of Ready".
  

• Liderar la Ejecución Ágil: Traducir el roadmap de la línea de producto en elementos accionables (features y tareas) para los diferentes squads, liderando las sesiones de sprint planning.
  

• Ser el Puente Técnico-Funcional: Actuar como analista experto dentro del equipo de ingeniería, resolviendo activamente bloqueos y dependencias entre historias de usuario.
  

• Garantizar la Calidad y Automatización: Asegurar el grado requerido de automatización de pruebas y coordinar el seguimiento de los planes de release y despliegue del producto.
  

• Soporte de Implementación: Apoyar el despliegue y la adopción del producto en diferentes regiones aportando tus conocimientos especializados en cada etapa.
  

Imprescindible (Requisitos Obligatorios):

• Experiencia: Mínimo 4 años de trayectoria en roles de Análisis de Negocio (BA) o Product Owner (PO) en el sector de software.
  

• Especialización en Comunicación: Experiencia sólida como analista en sistemas de entrega de comunicaciones masivas y notificaciones (Push, SMS, Emails, etc.).
  

• Conocimientos Técnicos: Comprensión técnica avanzada de APIs REST, formatos JSON y dominio de herramientas como Postman y gestión de logs.
  

• Metodologías Ágiles: Experiencia avanzada en gestión de Roadmaps, Product Backlog, Sprint Planning y metodologías SCRUM / AGILE.
  

• Gestión de Entregas: Experiencia en la gestión de lanzamientos (Release management).
  

• Idiomas: Nivel de inglés avanzado (C1) y fluidez total en español, dado el entorno multicultural y global del proyecto.

• Cuentas con experiencia específica en sistemas complejos de comunicación CRM corporativos.
