A solid foundation in mathematics and experience in the Secondary classroom.
Passion for mathematics didactics, or a strong willingness to train deeply in it.
Strong communication skills, teacher-to-teacher: you speak confidently in public, whether in small groups or large ones.
High level of Catalan
Valid B driving license
Experience or interest in teacher training and supporting people: you know how to support them so they can grow.
Approachable leadership: you build trust and become a reference for your team of teachers.
Empathy and great tact for handling difficult situations.
Strategic vision: over time, the ability to think beyond and rethink the advisory approach, our way of doing things, and how we support Secondary schools.

The role

We are looking for a person passionate about mathematics didactics to lead the training and support of Secondary School teachers in Catalonia. Your day-to-day will consist of going from center to center, advising and supporting teachers in the implementation of our educational proposal, not only in mathematics didactics, but in everything surrounding good classroom practice.
You will manage accounts directly, but always from a formative perspective: your focus is that each center implements Innovamat well and that every teacher feels supported. Due to the context in which you will work, part of your time will also have a business perspective that will help you better understand the reality of the centers and support them with more criteria.
Over time, we aspire for you to become a benchmark and leader in your region: someone whom teachers trust to resolve doubts, ask for advice, and feel supported.

What you'll do

Train Secondary teachers: from sessions for two people to training sessions for groups of one hundred, with the same proficiency.
Support and advise teachers in implementing the Innovamat proposal, beyond the pure didactics of mathematics.
Visit schools in your region, supporting teachers in their day-to-day classroom work.
Manage your accounts with a formative and implementation-focused approach.
Act as a coach for teachers when they need it, helping them grow and gain confidence.
Become the reference person in your region, building community and trust among teachers.
