What we're looking for

Experience: At least 3 years in the performance of the described functions is valued.

  • Previous experience of at least 3 years in Production or R&D departments in a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant.
  • Experience in a GMP environment.

The role

Position: Galenic Production Operator - R&D.

Location: Azuqueca de Henares.

We are hiring a new INSIDER as a Galenic Production Operator - R&D, to join the team at our plant in Azuqueca de Henares.

The challenge!

What you'll do

  • Perform pharmaceutical tests, pilot batches, and batches in a GMP environment and in accordance with internal procedures.
  • Record, control, and report results.
  • Clean equipment and materials.
  • Train new workers
  • Maintain equipment and materials in good condition.
  • Perform pharmaceutical assays and registration batches for R&D.
  • Evaluate test and process results and advise technicians on next steps and work guidelines.
  • Perform inventory and inform the immediate supervisor. Management of plant materials (control stock, sending and receiving materials from the warehouse...).
  • Train new operators on existing equipment.
