Location: Madrid / Hybrid

What you'll do
At Insud Pharma, we are looking to hire an AI Engineer - Supply Chain to design and implement artificial intelligence solutions applied to the supply chain, integrated with internal data, processes, and applications, with a focus on automation, agent creation, and improving decision-making.
We are looking for a highly applied profile, with a clear orientation toward product and engineering, more focused on taking use cases from idea to production than on pure research. If you are motivated to build real, high-impact business solutions, this opportunity may be for you.
A person who wants to take on a key role in the design, development, and integration of AI solutions applied to the business, especially in the Supply Chain field, collaborating with technical and business teams to identify automation and optimization opportunities.
What are we looking for? 🔎
- Design internal agents and assistants based on business data.
- Integrate LLMs with APIs, databases, and internal tools.
- Build RAG and search solutions over documentation and data.
- Automate analysis, reporting, and operational processes.
- Work with sources such as SAP, ClickHouse, Snowflake, Excel, and internal APIs.
- Design quality, accuracy, cost, and latency evaluation systems.
- Implement observability and traceability for prompts, responses, and tool calls.
- Integrate AI capabilities within existing web applications.
- Collaborate with Data Analytics and Supply Chain teams to identify high-impact use cases.
- Ensure security, access control, and the proper use of data.
