Job Offer: Asset Manager AT

At Grupo INVOIN, we are looking for an Asset Manager for High Voltage Grid Connection Infrastructures with experience in operation, maintenance, and comprehensive electrical asset management, to join a stable project within the energy sector. We are looking for a profile with a global vision of the asset life cycle, oriented towards the technical, operational, and documentary management of critical connection and energy evacuation infrastructures.

What you'll do

  • Act as the main interlocutor with grid operators, control centers, O&M contractors, owners, and other involved agents.
  • Centralize asset information, monitor actions, and prepare decision proposals for the owner.
  • Coordinate follow-up meetings and prepare control reports and project minutes.
  • Supervise and authorize outages and operations within the framework of delegation granted by the owner.
  • Coordinate real-time operations with control centers, operation and maintenance companies, and associated facilities.
  • Validate operating sequences, service restorations, and intervention windows.
  • Manage incidents and alarms through remote standby services, performing criticality analysis, escalation, and monitoring until closure.
  • Supervise operation and maintenance (O&M) contracts, verifying the technical, economic, and documentary compliance of the contracted services.
  • Manage documentary repositories, keeping the technical, economic, and corporate documentation of the asset up to date.
  • Coordinate access and CAE management for collaborating companies and authorized personnel.
  • Supervise regulatory compliance regarding OSH, industrial safety, and environment.
  • Identify risks, improvement opportunities, and proposals for technical and economic optimization of the asset.
  • Prepare management reports, performance reports, and monitoring of operation indicators.
