What we're looking for

4-7 years of experience in real estate Asset Management, finance applied to the hospitality sector, hotel consulting, or real estate Private Equity.
Solid knowledge of financial modeling, with the ability to develop, analyze, and challenge valuations and investment models.
Highly executive and results-oriented profile, with autonomy and the ability to get directly involved in analysis and execution.
Professional level of Spanish and English, both oral and written.
Availability to undertake recurrent travel to the various assets.

Nice to have

Experience related to the hotel sector, especially in operations, will be valued.

The role

Maximize long-term asset value with real operational impact, and support the execution of the group's investment and divestment operations.

What you'll do

Monitoring of assigned assets and their operators: operational and financial analysis of the business and monitoring of budgets and the Business Plan.
Analysis of performance against the market and competition, and of hotel trading; monitoring of portfolio market trends.
Control of capex and its return; analysis of proposals for management, quality, and operational efficiency improvements.
Liaison with operators: preparation and conducting of periodic reviews and monitoring of action plans.
Preparation of the monthly hotel portfolio report and preparation of content for internal reporting.
Participation in the monitoring and analysis of other portfolio verticals -direct non-hotel real estate, industrial holdings, and vehicles with delegated management-, in support of their managers.
Support for their valuation and the periodic review of investees and direct investments.
Origination and analysis of investment and divestment opportunities: market research, business plans, financial modeling, and valuation.
Preparation and management of data rooms, and coordination of due diligence with legal, tax, valuation, and W&I advisors.
Support for the negotiation of co-investment operations and corporate transactions.
Preparation of materials and presentations for the Investment Committee.
Monitoring of the decision panel and its execution throughout live operations.
Contribution to ESG policies and actions and their implementation.
Coordination with external advisors and internal areas -legal, technical, financial, investment, and compliance- to resolve asset issues and matters regarding its operation.
Preparation of presentations for management and contribution to the area's annual plan.
