The role

We are looking to bring on a profile with experience in ServiceNow to lead its implementation and evolution within the organization, ensuring the optimization of ITSM processes and the continuous improvement of IT services.

What you'll do

Lead the implementation, configuration, and evolution of the ServiceNow platform.
Manage and maintain application repositories within the ITSM vertical.
Analyze and optimize IT service management processes.
Identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions to increase operational efficiency.
Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure the correct evolution of the platform.
Contribute to the standardization of processes and the continuous improvement of ITSM services.
