Payroll Technician

- Degree in Labor Relations, Degree in Labor Sciences and HR, or similar.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience.

- Experience in processing a high volume of payrolls.

- Schedule: Monday and Wednesday from 8:00 to 15:00 and from 16:30 to 19:00; Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:00 to 15:00. Summer: intensive working day from 8:00 to 15:00 from June 15th to September 15th.

- Salary 28k-30k (depending on experience)

We are looking to hire a Payroll Technician at a Legal and Labor Consultancy located in the Salamanca neighborhood to contribute to ensuring that one of the company's key processes functions in an agile, precise, and efficient manner.

What will your mission be?

Carry out the full payroll cycle, ensuring the correct application of labor regulations and compliance with established deadlines.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Manage the complete payroll process (500 monthly payrolls and 10 collective agreements)

- Review and validate incidents, variables, hires, terminations, and modifications.

- Manage social security and payroll-related obligations.

- Perform the necessary calculations and verifications to guarantee the accuracy of the payrolls.

- Resolve payroll and personnel administration inquiries.

- Keep labor and administrative information up to date.

- Occasional representation at SMAC.
