Requirements

What we're looking for

Between 1 and 3 years of experience in IT operations, support, or infrastructure monitoring.
Experience or knowledge in Zabbix.
Knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration.
Experience in incident management and follow-up.
Ability to analyze alerts and events and perform problem resolution.

Nice to have

Monitoring tools such as Nagios, Centreon, SCOM, or BMC Patrol.
SNMP, WMI, SSH, and REST APIs protocols.
Knowledge of networks and communications.
Databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
Scripting and automation (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
ITIL and ServiceNow.
Observability tools such as Grafana, Splunk, Dynatrace, Elastic, or Prometheus.

Languages

Technical English B2 or higher (interview and work in English).

The role

We are looking for a Zabbix Monitoring Administrator to join the Monitoring & Observability team, participating in the administration and operation of the Zabbix platform and in the monitoring of critical infrastructures, systems, and services.

The selected person will collaborate with Systems, Networks, Databases, and Applications teams, managing alerts and incidents, performing initial event analysis, and participating in the continuous improvement of monitoring in complex enterprise environments.

How you'll work

Work modality: Hybrid - (4 days Remote / 1 day On-site) Madrid or Málaga. Other locations are valuable.
Planned on-call shifts: approximately 1 per month.
