Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Minimum +5 years of experience in project or service management performing similar functions.
  • Minimum +5 years of experience liaising with clients and suppliers.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience using ticketing tools (BMC Remedy highly valued).
  • University degree or Higher Vocational Training (CFGS).
  • Current ITIL certification (any official version).
  • Possession of at least one of the following certifications:
    • Agile / Scrum
    • PMP
    • Prince2
  • Certificate of Catalan level C1.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge or experience in Generative AI.
  • SIAM certification.
  • BMC Remedy certification.

The role

We are looking for a professional with experience in IT Service and Project Management to join the Service Readiness team, responsible for coordinating the onboarding of new contracts within the organization. You will participate in requirements gathering, coordination with clients and suppliers, definition of procedures, service monitoring, process improvement, and report preparation, ensuring an efficient transition aligned with quality standards.

How you'll work

  1. Modality: Hybrid Barcelona - Hospitalet / On-site presence: 2 - 3 days a week
