Service Manager Málaga

We are looking to hire a Site Manager for a position in the food industry sector in Málaga, on the afternoon-night shift.

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the service operation at the client's facilities, reporting to the Service Manager. Your main responsibilities will be:

• Plan and organize teams to guarantee continuous service coverage, adapting resources to the operational needs of the center and the client.
• Manage the coverage of vacancies, vacations, and staff absences, ensuring the necessary resources are available at all times.
• Supervise the execution of tasks, guaranteeing compliance with quality, hygiene, and food safety protocols and standards.
• Manage the stock of materials and products, placing the necessary orders to guarantee service continuity.
• Manage the administrative cycle of personnel: registrations, terminations, attendance control, and payroll incidents.
• Act as the main interlocutor with the client, managing incidents and participating in follow-up meetings.
• Coordinate with OHS and Quality to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, food safety procedures, and internal safety protocols, performing the monitoring and reporting of records within the deadlines established by ISS and the client.
