Junior Industrial Functional Analyst

What profile are we looking for?

We are looking for a person with a background in Technical Engineering, a Degree in Engineering, or Higher Engineering.

Training in the following is especially interesting:

• Industrial Engineering.

• Industrial Organization Engineering.

• Industrial Technologies Engineering.

• Mechanical Engineering.

• Industrial Electronic Engineering.

• Production Engineering.

• Process Engineering.

• Other engineering disciplines with subsequent experience in industrial environments.

We are looking for a junior profile, with approximately 1-3 years of professional experience, although we will especially value the quality and type of experience acquired.

We are especially interested in you knowing the reality of a plant and being accustomed to working with industrial processes and different business areas.

We would especially like to meet you if...

You have participated in any implementation or improvement of ERP, CRM, WMS, or MES and have realized that you especially enjoy understanding processes, talking to users, detecting problems, and working with technology to find solutions.

Or if you currently work in Processes, Continuous Improvement, Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Production and are looking to evolve toward a more transversal position linked to projects, systems, and digitalization.

Valuable technical knowledge: We are not looking for a development profile, but rather ease in working with technological tools.

ERP/CRM Projects | Industrial Environment | Bridge between Engineering and Technology

We are looking to hire a Junior Processes and Systems Engineer who wants to develop their career in a transversal position, combining engineering, industrial processes, technology, and project management.

The selected person will work on projects linked to the group's various factories and business areas, acting as a bridge between plant users and engineers and the programming teams or technology providers.

We are not looking for a programmer or an exclusively IT profile. We are looking for a person with an engineering background, knowledge of industrial environments, and the ability to understand processes, detect needs, and transform them into functional solutions.

Liaison between business and technology

If you are an engineer, have had your first experience in an industrial environment, and are interested in evolving toward a position where you can combine processes, technology, and project management, we would love to meet you.

What will your mission be?

Understand the needs of the different business areas and factories, analyze their processes, and translate them into functional requirements that can be developed by the technical teams.

You will participate in implementation, evolution, and improvement projects for ERP, CRM, and other management applications, accompanying the project from the initial detection of the need to its go-live.

You will be the link between areas such as Production, Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse, or Continuous Improvement and the teams responsible for developing or implementing technological solutions.

Main responsibilities

Functional and process analysis

• Meet with users, area managers, and engineers to understand their needs.

• Analyze how processes currently function and detect possible improvements.

• Understand the real need behind each request.

• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements.

• Prepare functional documentation, processes, specifications, minutes, and acceptance criteria.

• Assess the impact of changes on other processes or applications.

Project management

• Participate in the planning, execution, and monitoring of technological projects.

• Coordinate users, programming teams, and external providers.

• Monitor milestones, deadlines, incidents, and risks.

• Request and review economic proposals or assessments when necessary.

• Ensure that the developed solutions respond to the initially defined needs.

Application implementation and improvement

• Participate in ERP and CRM implementation or evolution projects.

• Collaborate on improvements and new functionalities for existing applications.

• Coordinate testing and validations with users.

• Participate in functional testing and UAT.

• Accompany go-live processes.

• Provide support during the initial implementation phases.

• Prepare documentation and participate in user training.
