The role

What you'll do

Analyze business needs, processes, and client challenges to identify improvement opportunities through Atlassian solutions.
Design and implement solutions based on the Atlassian platform, adapting them to the specific requirements of each client.
Configure and customize Atlassian products, especially Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management.
Lead or participate in implementation, migration, integration, and optimization projects for Atlassian solutions.
Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
Advise clients on best practices, governance, workflows, permissions, and Atlassian platform capabilities.
Collaborate with technical teams, Project Managers, and other consultants to ensure project success.
Identify opportunities to optimize existing Atlassian environments and improve user adoption.
Stay up to date on Atlassian products, new features, certifications, and industry best practices.
Contribute to the creation of documentation, methodologies, and reusable solutions.
