The role

At knowmad mood we are looking for a Delivery Manager / Scrum Master with experience leading development teams and a strong orientation toward delivery, continuous improvement, and cross-departmental collaboration.

We are looking for a person who is close to the teams, proactive, and resourceful, capable of identifying blockers, managing dependencies, and facilitating coordination between Development, Product, and other stakeholders, guaranteeing a sustainable and predictable delivery.

What you'll do

Lead the delivery of frontend development teams, adapting the way of working to Scrum and Kanban environments.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and dynamics that drive team efficiency and collaboration.
Monitor the workflow, identifying risks, blockers, bottlenecks, and possible deviations.
Remove impediments and facilitate decision-making to guarantee the fulfillment of objectives.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners in the planning, prioritization, and management of new needs.
Promote efficient management of work in progress, favoring the completion of initiatives over the accumulation of tasks.
Foster autonomy, shared responsibility, and collaboration within the teams.
Drive continuous improvement actions that allow for process optimization and increased delivery capacity.
Manage dependencies with other teams and coordinate the resolution of blockers.
Facilitate communication between Development, Product, UX/UI, and other stakeholder teams.
Support work planning and estimation while respecting the technical autonomy of the teams.
