Hi, I'm Fernando Menéndez (LinkedIn), Head of AI at Qida. I joined Qida in September 2025 to lead the end-to-end AI strategy. My goal is clear: to stop playing with isolated pilots and build solutions that truly transform how we operate, how we sell, and what we can put at the service of the senior population. Before this, I spent 5 years at Amazon leading technology products and large-scale programs in Europe. We are looking for an AI Product Builder. Forget about purely technical roles; this is a hybrid profile: AI Product Manager + Engineer + AI Evangelist. You will design, develop, and deploy solutions that improve the lives of the elderly and Qida's efficiency.
Identify and execute: Lead the AI roadmap alongside me, detecting where technology can move the needle.
Build (for real): Develop MVPs and E2E scalable solutions (using Python, SQL, or low-code tools) with autonomy, quality, and speed.
Get your hands dirty: From deploying voice agents to optimizing predictive health models.
Measure impact: If it doesn't generate ROI and real social impact, we are not interested.
