Solution Architect / Java + GenAI (100% remote)

Through this opportunity, you will take on the role of architect for an important client in the banking sector.

• You will work 100% remotely.

• You will lead teams at both a technical and organizational level.

• You will be responsible for turning business needs into robust, scalable architectures aligned with corporate standards, ensuring technical quality and long-term sustainability.

• You will work alongside development, product, and enterprise architecture teams, ensuring that solutions comply with the technical, regulatory, and security principles specific to the financial sector.

26 days of rest (22 vacation days, 2 personal days, and December 24 and 31 as default holidays).

Schedule: 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (flexible) Mon–Thu and Fri 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with intensive summer hours in July and August from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Solutions Architecture Community

• Have participated in the design or development of complex enterprise applications, preferably in banking.

• Participation in technology transformation or platform modernization programs is desirable.

• Experience with microservices and Java.

• Experience with AWS and/or Azure.

• Containers and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift.

• CI/CD, repositories, and artifact management: Jenkins, Bitbucket.

• Integration and processing: Kafka/AMQ/MSK, batch/streaming pipelines, ingestion optimization.

• Observability: logs, metrics, distributed tracing (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch).

• Supervised, unsupervised, and time series models.

• Batch/streaming scoring architectures integrated via APIs or events.

• MLOps: CI/CD/CT, versioning, monitoring, and drift detection.

• GenAI: RAG, embeddings, vector DBs, secure prompt management.

• Model risk, explainability (XAI), and regulatory compliance.
