Backoffice Returns Management Agent with Portuguese

• Minimum experience: In logistics management of order returns
• CRM knowledge
• Excel
• Fluent Portuguese
• Portuguese: High level (Native/bilingual). A level test will be conducted during the process.
• Digital competence: Advanced level of office automation tools and fluency in handling CRM environments and management systems. A high level of Microsoft Excel is essential.
• Administrative management: Proven capacity to manage complex administrative tasks with rigor and attention to detail.
• Communication skills: Excellent capacity for interaction and teamwork.

• Salary: 20,000 euros gross per year
• Competitive remuneration: €20,000 gross/year.
• Working day: 39 hours per week.
• Schedule: Rotating: one week Monday to Thursday from 9:00h to 18:00h and Friday from 9:00h to 16:00h, and another week Monday to Thursday from 10:00h to 19:00h and Friday from 12:00h to 19:00h (split shift, 1 hour for lunch)
• We work on Spanish holidays and have the Portuguese holidays off.

Our BackOffice team at a major technology company in Madrid requires a Backoffice Returns Management Agent with Portuguese, office automation skills, CRM handling, and an innovative character, culture and change management, agile mindset, and business vision.

Your objective will be the administrative management of returns made by technological product purchasing centers in Portugal.

We would like you to have the capacity to develop the administrative management of these return processes through Excel and CRMs, and the capacity to attend to customers and purchasing centers in Portugal, making use of qualities such as communication, teamwork, organization, and goal-oriented work.
