About the role

The selected candidate will join the IP & IT team at KPMG Abogados, taking part in national and international matters and projects for leading companies across various sectors, providing specialized advice on intellectual and industrial property and collaborating on matters related to technology, digitalization, artificial intelligence, technology contracting, and innovation. The main duties will be:

What you'll do

  • Intellectual Property: legal advice on copyright, software, databases, digital content, and intangible assets. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts related to licensing, assignment of rights, software development, technology transfer, collaboration and innovation agreements, technology and innovation, etc.
  • Industrial Property: legal advice on trademarks, trade names, industrial designs, and domain names. Management and monitoring of national, European Union, and international trademark portfolios.
