Requirements
What we're looking for
- At least 1 year of experience in functions related to billing, finance, or administrative-financial management.
- Intermediate Vocational Training, Higher Vocational Training, FP, or equivalent, preferably related to Administration, Finance, or similar areas.
- Knowledge of billing and accounting and tax notions that allow for the review of operations and the identification of possible errors or inconsistencies.
- Good proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft 365 environment. Knowledge of SAP, Power BI, and SharePoint will be valued, as well as experience with automation, analysis, or data processing tools.
- Ability to learn and analytical thinking, with ease in relating information, understanding processes, and acquiring new knowledge.
- Attention to detail and judgment to identify possible errors, inconsistencies, or situations requiring review.
- Interest in the automation, digitalization, and application of artificial intelligence to administrative and financial processes.
- Ability to work in a team and good communication and liaison skills with different areas and profiles.

The role
You will join the team responsible for the Firm's billing processes, participating in the review, control, and correct handling of billing, as well as in projects for the improvement, automation, and digitalization of the area's processes.
What you'll do
- Review and validation of billing, checking its correct issuance and identifying possible errors, inconsistencies, or incidents before processing.
- Management and resolution of incidents related to invoices, credit notes, and other documents associated with the billing process.
- Participation in processes related to electronic invoicing and compliance with applicable information and reporting requirements.
- Review of basic accounting and tax aspects associated with billing, in accordance with established criteria and procedures.
- Regular liaison with different departments of the Firm to resolve incidents and queries related to billing.
- Participation in periodic controls of the area and in the review of the correct functioning of the systems and tools linked to the billing processes.
- Collaboration in initiatives for automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement, including the progressive incorporation of artificial intelligence tools.
- Analysis and processing of information to identify incidents, perform controls, and contribute to process improvement.
- Coordination with internal and external teams to convey functional needs, participate in testing, and collaborate on the evolution of the area's systems and tools.
