Experience and knowledge:

• Experience in Cash Management and banking operations (Transaction Banking or Billing).
• Familiarity with end-to-end Front-to-Back processes (e.g., transaction origin → pricing → billing → reconciliation).
• Experience with billing systems (e.g., Xelerate, Misys) or ERP tools is a plus.
• Fluent command of English (our working language); additional European languages will be valued.

As a Pricing to Billing Expert, you will be the critical link between our Cash Managers (Front Office) and the Billing teams (Back Office), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance at every stage of the transaction lifecycle. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction, revenue recognition, and operational excellence.

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end Pricing to Billing process
• Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for new operations, guiding Front Office teams in defining strategy based on product references.
• Ensure a clear scope of customer needs, pricing structures (standard vs. negotiated), and contractual terms.
• Prepare billing configurations, gathering key data (entities, pricing, billing details, subscriptions, ad-hoc charges) to ensure seamless system integration.
• Drive process control and continuous improvement
• Develop and apply key controls and periodic reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
• Monitor subscriptions, ad-hoc fees, and volume-based billing to ensure correct parameter updates in the billing engine.
• Serve as the reference expert for transaction inquiries, fostering smooth communication between teams.
