Requirements

What we're looking for

Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Possibility of entering into a scholarship agreement with the university where the degree is being pursued (at least 6 months).
English level B2.

The role

What you'll do

- Execution and implementation of the company's training plan.

- Support in the complete selection process: resume screening, candidate scheduling, individual/group interviews, etc.

- Collaboration in the onboarding process.

- Preparation and analysis of HR monitoring indicators.

- Collaboration in strategic development projects for the company.
