We are looking to hire a Senior Privacy Lawyer to join Prosegur's Corporate Privacy Office. Their mission will be to ensure compliance with data protection regulations on a global level, provide specialized advice to the various business lines, and lead privacy projects in a highly innovative and technological international environment.

• Manage and coordinate the Corporate Privacy Office, addressing inquiries and requests from the various support and business areas.
• Advise on privacy matters for the Group's different business lines: Corporate, Alarms, Security, Cash, Cybersecurity, and AVOS.
• Lead privacy projects at an international level, driving the expansion and adaptation of the Corporate Privacy Model in Europe, LATAM, Central America, North America, South Africa, and Asia.
• Develop and update privacy policies, procedures, and protocols, as well as design and deliver training sessions.
• Keep the Record of Processing Activities and other privacy controls updated through the P&CMS tool.
• Perform risk analyses and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA) on advanced technologies such as intelligent video surveillance, biometrics, artificial intelligence, video analytics, and access control.
• Manage third-party contracts, Data Processing Agreements (DPA), and privacy clauses in corporate contracts and tenders.
• Supervise and update international data transfer mechanisms, including BCRs and Standard Contractual Clauses.
• Coordinate the management of security breaches impacting personal data alongside the Security and Cybersecurity teams, as well as liaison with regulatory authorities.
