• Solid experience in management positions within holiday hotels or high-volume establishments.
• Consolidated experience leading large teams and developing middle management.
• A transformative leadership style, capable of inspiring, motivating, and supporting teams in their development, with excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence, and empathy to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• A proactive, innovative, organized person oriented both toward people and toward results.
• High level of English. Other languages will be valued.

For our Hotel Costa Los Gigantes, we are looking for a Bars & Restaurants Manager who will lead our operation through excellence, innovation, and, especially, the development of people.

You will take on the challenge of leading a high-volume operation, with approximately 80 professionals and 10 points of sale, driving a team culture based on trust, commitment, and continuous improvement.

Lead the Bars & Restaurants operation, guaranteeing service quality and area results, while inspiring, developing, and supporting your teams to reach their full potential.

Your main functions will be

• Lead and develop a team of approximately 80 people, promoting a close, participatory, and transformative leadership style.
• Coordinate the operations of the different points of sale, guaranteeing service excellence and the satisfaction of our guests.
• Develop middle management, fostering their autonomy, growth, and leadership capacity.
• Manage the area's indicators, optimizing costs, productivity, and results.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives, promoting new ideas and ways of working.
• Foster a climate of trust, collaboration, and commitment, aligned with the culture and values of Landmar Hotels.
