Requirements

What we're looking for

Technical background in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
8+ years of experience in Program or Project Management within software or product development environments.
Strong experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across multiple countries, legal entities, business units, and external partners.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and align business, product, engineering, and operations stakeholders in international matrix organizations.
Solid understanding of software development processes and agile environments.

Nice to have

Experience in industrial software environments such as MES, ERP, CAD/CAM, manufacturing execution, or other Industry 4.0 solutions.
Familiarity with Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid methodologies.
PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, or similar certifications.

The role

We are looking for an experienced R&D Program Manager, responsible for leading and coordinating a strategic international software transformation program aimed at consolidating multiple existing software solutions into a single global Cloud platform.

This position will drive the program end-to-end, coordinating international teams and aligning product strategy, software development, and business stakeholders.

This role requires a strong combination of program leadership, technical understanding, and stakeholder management in complex international environments.

What you'll do

Lead the transformation of multiple existing solutions into a unified Cloud platform.
Define program structure, governance, KPIs, and execution roadmap.
Coordinate international cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, and Business areas.
Manage risks, dependencies, timelines, and program execution.
Align distributed teams and foster a strong collaborative culture.
Report progress, risks, and milestones to senior leadership.
