What you'll get

  • An Impactful Onboarding: We design for you a deep and guided immersion into the specific strategy of the Supply Chain and Customer area so that you know our systems and teams from day one.

  • Tailor-made Development: Your growth has no ceiling. We place personalized training plans and real internal development opportunities at your disposal so that you can direct your career wherever you set your sights.

The role

Do you want to be the strategic engine behind our delivery promise and ensure that every sale becomes a flawless delivery experience?

Behind every "Click to buy" there is an illusion and an expectation. Your mission will not simply be managing data, but becoming the strategic engine that ensures every promise we make to our customers is fulfilled with millimeter precision. As a Customer Logistics Specialist, reporting directly to the Customer Promise Manager, you will be the key bridge between business, technology, and operations to transform the delivery experience.

If what you value most is...

What you'll do

Your main objective will be to act as the business owner of our logistics tools and flows to provide sales solutions for our products.

  • Guaranteeing integral parameterization: You will ensure that end-to-end delivery times (logistics centers, transport, stores, holidays, and supplier vacations) are perfectly loaded and updated in all systems.

  • Monitoring and anticipation: You will control the delivery lead time through the Control Tower, anticipating deviations and proactively communicating any changes to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

  • Leading continuous improvement: You will drive work methodologies and rituals between warehouses and stores to optimize direct delivery circuits from warehouses or suppliers and energize 24-hour shipments.

  • Tool development and pedagogy: You will create the "Customer Promise White Paper" and lead internal training so that the entire company understands, measures, and improves delivery times collectively.

What we offer...

Continuous learning

  • Continuous learning: You will work at the frontier where logistics meets cutting-edge technology, mastering critical systems and constantly evolving your technical and business skills.

Teamwork and transversality

  • Teamwork and transversality: Forget about silos. Here you will co-create the day-to-day with the Supply Chain, IT, Marketing, or Worlds and Markets teams, leading a collaborative network with a common goal.

Stability and growth

  • Stability and growth: You will be part of a solid structure that bets on the long term, giving you the necessary space and security to propose, innovate, and lead high-impact projects.

Human culture

  • Human culture: We believe in people. Here your voice counts, your ideas are implemented, and we foster an environment of respect, transparency, and well-being where coming to work adds to your life.
